Edgehouse Gaming was engineered from the ground up to work without an internet connection. This is not a cloud application with an offline mode bolted on, it is a fully offline desktop application that processes, stores, and analyses everything locally on your device. How Offline Works

After installation, Edgehouse Gaming requires no internet connection at any point. You upload your data files (CSV or Excel) directly into the application, and the in-memory analytics engine processes everything on your local machine. All dashboards, reports, heatmaps, forecasts, and exports are generated locally.

  • No Cloud Dependency - Your dashboards load from local data, not from a remote server. There is no waiting for API calls, no connectivity timeouts, and no data syncing. Everything is instant.

  • Work Anywhere - Whether you are at a conference without reliable Wi-Fi, on a flight to meet an operator, or in a meeting room with no network access, your full dashboard is available and fully functional.

  • No Account Required for Usage - Once installed and licensed, the application runs independently. You do not need to log into a cloud service to use any feature.

Data Security

Because everything runs locally, your sensitive commercial data never leaves your machine. This is especially important for Account Managers and CCOs who work with confidential operator performance data, revenue share rates, and strategic forecasts.

  • No Cloud Servers - Your data is not uploaded to or stored on any cloud server. There are no remote databases, no cloud storage buckets, and no external data warehouses involved.

  • What happens if my device is lost or damaged? Since data is stored locally, it is recommended to keep backup copies of your uploaded data files. Your original CSV and Excel files serve as your backup, re-uploading them to a new installation restores your dashboard completely.

  • Does the application ever connect to the internet? The application may check for software updates if an internet connection is available, but this is optional and does not transmit any of your data. All analytics and reporting functionality works entirely offline.
